Our Fold Up or Fold Down TV lifts are uniquely designed and rather compact. Each lift is built with marine grade aluminum and stainless steel, for maximum durability and strength.

These lifts are fully Heli-arc welded and consist of an outer aluminum frame with stainless steel parts and fasteners that attach to the surrounding rough opening. 100% of the parts in our Fold Down TV lifts are CNC machined and beautifully powder-coated finish that guarantees outstanding precision, performance and quality.

Once installed, the lift allows for a Plasma or LCD TV to attach to a swing-arm operated by a counter- balanced & gear driven cam-lever system. Operating extremely quietly, the TV lift swings down for viewing and can be adjusted to swing back an additional 18 degrees for a proper viewing angle in any installation.

Built according to the strictest standards, with the most advanced technology available, the Fold Down TV lift is activated standard by a relay interface (Typically 12VDC or other voltage) input to deploy the mechanism. An IR interface can also be used. The lifts are light weight (42-inch model weighs only 45 pounds) yet built to last.
